1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zentivion platform, website (www.zentivion.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by IntelliFlow Applications, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

Zentivion is an AI-powered career agent platform that provides:

• AI-generated resume optimization tailored to specific job descriptions
• AI-generated cover letters, application emails, and LinkedIn profiles
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) keyword analysis
• Apply-Ready Summaries with role match scoring
• Job application tracking and document management
• Career insights and analytics

The Service uses AI models (including GPT-5 on Azure) to generate content. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by you before use.

3 Account Registration

To use Zentivion, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4 Apps & Payments

Free Apps: New accounts receive 20 free Apps upon registration. Free Apps have no expiration date.

App Usage: Paid services (Resume Optimization, Cover Letter, Application Email, LinkedIn Bio & Headline) each cost 1 App. Apply-Ready Summary, ATS Keyword Match, and Application Tracker entries are always free.

Pro Fair Use: Pro includes unlimited career package generation for normal professional use, subject to fair-use protections designed to keep the Service reliable, sustainable, and available for all customers.

Platform Protection: We may apply reasonable concurrency limits, temporary throttling, duplicate-request prevention, payload size limits, or suspicious activity review when usage appears automated, excessive, abusive, or harmful to platform stability.

Purchasing Apps: Additional Apps may be purchased through our payment system powered by Stripe. All payments are processed securely. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

Refunds: Purchased Apps are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If the Service fails to deliver a result due to a technical error, the App will be automatically refunded to your account.

5 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload (CVs, resumes, job descriptions). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated outputs (optimized resumes, cover letters, emails, LinkedIn profiles) are yours to use freely for personal and professional purposes.

Our Property: The Zentivion platform, including its design, code, AI prompts, RAG documents, and branding, is the intellectual property of IntelliFlow Applications, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free Apps
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service
• Run scripted, high-volume, or unattended generation workflows without written permission
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple people to use one account
• Use Pro access for resale, agency, marketplace, or third-party fulfillment work without written permission
• Attempt to bypass fair-use limits, concurrency limits, duplicate-request checks, or other platform safeguards
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely your own in contexts where disclosure is required
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission

If we detect usage that may risk service reliability, security, or sustainability, we may temporarily restrict generation activity, ask you to verify intended use, or suspend access where necessary. We aim to apply these protections reasonably and in a way that does not affect ordinary job-seeking use.

7 AI Disclaimer

8 Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also use infrastructure protection measures, including rate limits, concurrency limits, temporary cooldowns, request size limits, and abuse monitoring, to preserve service quality. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLIFLOW APPLICATIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10 Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
