Terms of Service

By using Zentivion you agree to these Terms. Please read them; they're written to be readable.

1. Who we are

Zentivion (the "Service") is operated by IntelliFlow Applications, LLC ("we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at info@zentivion.com.

2. What the Service does

Zentivion helps job seekers apply with stronger, honest materials:

• CV X-Ray (free, no account): reads your CV against one job posting and reports a match score, how an applicant tracking system reads your file, missing keywords and recruiter notes.
• Career Vault: a private, structured record of your experience built from your CV and your answers.
• Application packages: for a job you choose, a crew of AI agents writes a tailored CV, cover letter, recruiter email and LinkedIn copy, which you review in the Studio.

The Service uses AI models hosted on Microsoft Azure. Output is a draft for you to review, not advice, and not a promise of any hiring outcome.

3. Your account

You need an account for everything except the CV X-Ray. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Plans, trials and payments

• Free CV X-Ray. No account or card needed. We may limit how many X-Rays one connection can run per day.
• 7-day free trial. Available once per person. A payment card is required to start it. The trial includes up to 10 application packages. We email you two days before it ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts and your card is charged.
• Plans. Pro Monthly is $24 per month. Job Hunt Pass is $59 every three months. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Fair use. Paid plans include up to 100 application packages per calendar month, which is far more than an active job search needs. We may also slow down or pause requests that look automated or that put the Service at risk (see section 6).
• Pause, switch, cancel. You can pause a paid plan at any time; while paused you're not charged and your Career Vault and applications are kept. Switching plans is prorated by Stripe. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for (or the trial) and isn't renewed.
• Refunds. Payments for a period that has started are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We may change prices. If we do, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. Your content and ours

Your content — the CVs, job postings, answers and other material you give us — stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. We don't use it to train AI models.

Generated content — the CVs, letters, emails and profiles the Service writes for you — is yours to use for your own job search.

Our property — the Zentivion software, design, prompts and brand — belongs to IntelliFlow Applications, LLC.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, upload malware or content you have no right to share, scrape or reverse-engineer it, run automated or high-volume generation, share or resell accounts, create multiple accounts to get extra trials, or get around limits and safeguards. Don't present generated material as entirely your own where you're required to disclose AI assistance.

If usage looks automated, abusive or harmful to the Service, we may limit it, ask you about it, or suspend the account. We aim to do this in a way that never affects ordinary job-seeking.

7. AI-generated content

The crew is built to stay truthful: every claim in a package must be linked to evidence in your Career Vault, and lines without evidence are removed or flagged for your confirmation. Even so, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you send it and for the accuracy of what you submit to employers. We aren't responsible for hiring decisions.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we'll give reasonable notice. We may update these Terms; for material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliFlow Applications, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Zentivion and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. When an account ends, your right to use the Service ends; we keep or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them locally.
