What AI model does Zentivion use?

Zentivion uses GPT-5 on Azure for generation tasks (resume optimization, cover letters) and GPT-4o-mini for fast analysis tasks (CV parsing, job analysis). All processing runs on enterprise-grade Azure infrastructure.

CVs/resumes and job descriptions you upload for AI processing. These are stored securely and used solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content

AI-generated resumes, cover letters, emails, and LinkedIn profiles created by the Service on your behalf.

Usage Data

Service usage analytics (Apps used, features accessed, generation counts, generation status, approximate token and cost estimates, and request timing). We do not track your browsing activity outside our platform.

Security and Abuse Prevention Data

Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, request metadata, and activity patterns may be used to detect automation, account sharing, excessive usage, fraud, or threats to platform stability.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full card details on our servers.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

Service delivery: Processing your documents with AI to generate career materials
Account management: Maintaining your account, Apps, and preferences
Service improvement: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve features (never individual document content)
Security and fair use: Detecting abuse, automation, excessive consumption, duplicate requests, and activity that may affect platform reliability or sustainability
Communication: Sending essential service notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
Legal compliance: Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to lawful requests

4 AI Processing & Data Sharing

Important: Your documents are sent to Azure OpenAI Service for AI processing. Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service does not use your data to train their models. Your data is processed and not retained by the AI service beyond the request.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with:

Azure OpenAI Service: For AI content generation (under Microsoft's data processing agreement)
Stripe: For payment processing (under Stripe's privacy policy)

Aggregate, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely

8 International Data Transfers

Your data is processed in the United States on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. For users in the EEA/UK, data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Microsoft's data protection agreements.

9 Children's Privacy

Zentivion is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

10 Changes to This Policy
